ok guys just recieved my clen...now how ive been doing my regualr workout and then at night i put the treadmill 3.5 and the incline at its highest and walk for 30min..i am going to run clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks off...starting at 20mcg and working my way up each day until i feel like i cant take the sides...i watch my diet stricly because i am trying to lose the fat i gained from bulking...so how much cardio is too much on clen?? any suggestions?
