how much cardio to do on clen

ok guys just recieved my clen...now how ive been doing my regualr workout and then at night i put the treadmill 3.5 and the incline at its highest and walk for 30min..i am going to run clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks off...starting at 20mcg and working my way up each day until i feel like i cant take the sides...i watch my diet stricly because i am trying to lose the fat i gained from bulking...so how much cardio is too much on clen?? any suggestions?

The same amount that's too much w/o it. Not to be a smart ass, but clen will help burn fat not dictate how much cardio one can do.
 
Try to get your cardio done in the morning on an empty stomach if you can. I notice a huge difference when I do that. Also, I don't really agree with your clen dosage scheme. There are a lot of different theories floating around out there, but I believe in starting high, and staying there. I start at 80mcg, and work my way up to 120 or so. I don't think you'll feel much on 20mcg. It really depends on your bodyweight though.

ummm....Imight disagree form the stadpint that it can reve the heart rate which is a limiting factor for aerobic work

Right, but what I'm saying is that it's not like taking epo where it will change your endurance capacity. I'm trying to illustrate that the amount of cardio one does depends on several factors including metabolism, diet, time of day, etc.

doesnt clen have a really bad effect on the heart and like fuck with the valves in ur heart and do some other bad things? i dunno clen sounds like a shitty deal to me, i wouldent use it i dont think, well maybe if i had it sitting there but i wouldnt buy it, but hey thats just me
