How much cardio on a cutting cycle

Im getting over my acl surgery and cant run 100% right now but have been walking about 2miles a day and have cleaned my diet up alot...i weighed 256lbs and am now down to 243lbs in a week...i know my weight loss is going to flatline eventually and
Want to get my weight down to atleast 215 before i go on my cycle...anyone have any ideas
 
I dont do running cause of joint problem and how little calorie one burns. I di 30-45minutes of cardio post workout on the cross training. I hit 460-600+ calories :)

I'll do either 45 mins to an hour walking on incline fasted in the morning, or a light 30 min one post workout.
