How much can i cut in three months

I weigh 165 and have 19 percent body fat and am 6ft tall i have a clean diet and want to cut fat i run 5 miles a day and train with light weights with high reps. I cant seem to cut anymore weight and now want to use clen and cytomel but before i take it how much weight can i cut on that stack in three months. I intake 15oo calories a day.
 
Look you just need to adust your diet. That is all... You dont need to use Clen and all that. Look at my pictures, this first one is day one and the other two were taking 90 days later. I did that w/ training and diet, nothing and I mean nothing else. I had to continue to tweak my diet every month, but it paid off- So dont say you cant seem to lose the bf% - focus more on your training and diet and the results will come. The last picture is my venture to the dark side:) ... Plus, your post gave me an opportunity to show my pictures off... I will take them down shortly:)

What was your initial body weight and how many calories where you eating per day? And any cheat days/meals along the way?
 
I started out of shape @ 200 pounds & 26-28% bf probably more - 2400 cals + 600 additional for Exercise expenditure, so 3000 cals per day. Broken down:

9 servings of protien 900 cals
4 servings of dairy 480
4 servings of veggies 200
1 serving of fats 120
3 serving of carbs 600
2 doulbe scoops of protiens shakes 400 cals
Remaining cals I made up w/ Natural PB - Protien bars etc..

Cheat meals..... Not for the first 60 days after that I would throw one a week in.... I felt like this help keeping my body wondering... Just my opinion

I ended at 168 after 3 months (second two pictures) and currently back up to 190 as of this morning.
Now on cycle (Last picture)

At 6 ft and 165 lbs, the last thing you want to do is try to get ripped, you'll end up looking like a skeleton instead.

Impressive work for 90 days... but your hairline looks a little lower in the last pic compared to the first. What's up with that?
 
First off you need to continue lifting heavy weight in the 6-10 rep range while dieting. That will help you keep all your muscle mass and keep your metabolism high. Also I would cut down on your running. It's very catabolic and on only 1500 cals a day you may have shut down your metabolism.

I dont know man... Maybe my head was fatter? Or maybe my hair was shaved shorter... You seem like you may be a hair stylest or something? You sure your on the right board? Here and the pictures not covered, let me know if you are unhappy w/ my hair style and/or if I need high-lights or something. Hell, this whole time I've been striving to better my body when I should have just been worried about my hair. Or maybe instead of my hair line receding it's moving/growing forward... Listen up fella's Sus250 & Anavar makes your hair grow.

Needs more gel. The reason I mentioned the hairline is that I was questioning whether it was the same person in the before/after pics.

In case you didn't gather by the screen name, I'm a doc, not a stylist.

Anyhow, I'm just jealous of your 90-day progress, that's all.

In 3 months you could make dramatic changes if you do it correctly.
