Naturally went from 12.5% feeling very fat to 5.5% in ten weeks. I was getting ready for a show so no cheating and everything was calculated. My fat stack was coffee, 7-keto, L carnitine with meals and a product call lean out from beverly international. I was also using a quality protein powder and liver and aminos with each meal. Lost 13lbs of fat and sadly lost 6lbs of lean mass. But thats not too bad considering the time frame, low carbs, natural, and the amount of HIIT cardio i was doing.
Two lessons learned. Start competition dieting earlier and stay leaner in the offseason. Had i not had the competition fueling me on I dont think I would have accomplished this. But knowing I was going to stand in front of hundreds of peeps in my skivvys was motivation enough
