How much BF % can I lose in 5 wks?

There's no formula for that. It's different for everyone. It also depends on how you plan to get there, conventionally or "unconventionally." Best guess IMO would be 1-2%.

how bad do you wanna lose it?? i lost 30lbs in two months, yes, it was unhealthy, but i wanted that fat off pretty bad....

this may be stating the obvious, but if you haven't already pondered it. it would be in your best interest to not care how much you can lose, and realize that the harder you try, the happier you will be with your results. just give it your all and you should be happy with the outcome.

Hey there

Well I do wanna lose the fat and am very dedicated to it, but I mean Im at 110 already. So I mean my weight is fine, I just want to lose the fat and gain muscle. I want it bad, but not at the risk of my health. I went through that phase of my life already. I on't think I'd ever want to lose anything remotely close to 30 lbs. Maybe 10 at the most. I have a small frame. And Im 5'3".....Im goign to see a dietician on Tuesday so we'll see. Hopefully I'll lose what I need before June.

LOL Im trying to get that Brooke Burke body by the end of the year (for those of you who watch tv)

Big mistake. I'm happy to generalise here - dieticians are around 20 years behind the game. Their education is archaic and you're much better served reading up on body building nutrition (and training) aimed at fat loss.

Hey

What do you mean theyre 20 yrs behind the game? Are they really that unaffective? P.S. where can I find a good book on fat loss??

I have to agree, here. Dieticians are mainly focussed on the Food Pyramid style of eating, which is cool and all if you are an average person. Most dieticians are all about the moderation shtick. There's nothing wrong with that, but if you want to train, lose BF, and gain muscle, the kind of diet that seems to work best goes against almost everything nutritionists say! Depends on the person, though. If this dietician works with athletes and bodybuilders, he/she would probably have a better grasp on the dynamics of the diet.

Anyway, as for losing body fat. My advice is that, rather than focusing on the goal, you focus on the journey. Enjoy the experiment! It can be really fun. Don't get me wrong - results gooood! But if you set up an ideal, you are bound to be disappointed. Experiment with your diet and training and listen to your body's responses.

Good luck! :D

its me again

Okay if I did want to train like an athlete and wanted proper consultation as to the diet of an athlete, who else could I speak with about this other than this dietician?

P.S. thx for writing
