How much better does...............

a little test make you feel? Rejuvinated? I think I've been so worn-out, so drained, so abnormally lean, that I think I feel ok, but I really could be 20x better............just curious how u feel............dbol?
 
I don't notice a difference. I'm not really lean right now though (9.8% last test).
I don't like dbol... so I can't add any input there. There are some things out there that make you mentally feel better:
-St. Johns Wart
-ALCAR
-B5
As for the body... I am noticing cardio makes me feel good after. I never really did a lot of it before.
As you mentioned... I don't seem to get that euphoric feeling I used to after working out. I used to be on top of the world. Now its just another part of the day!!!

Working out and cardio makes a huge difference in my life. If I stop working out, I actually start feeling worse.
 
jkurz: are you still doing cardio every day of the week?

in a lot of your posts it sounds like you do excessive cardio? just wondering

btw i love test and it makes me feel a bit better mentally
 
7 days a week first thing in the am..........

HOWEVER - its scaled down to a mere 25 mins on the elliptical versus my previous 40 minutes at a higher HR............just to get the blood flowing...............
 
Test makes me feel better all around...but the problem with the way you feel and you size could very possibly be your diet. If you are not eating enough or correctly, you can feel like shit. Before I even thought about Test as a fix...I would evaluate my lifestyle, if it is in good shape then I would go to the Doc for a checkup and some bloodwork...if not, then I would fix my lifestyle first.

there is no way you will gain any additional fat by cutting 3 of those days out

try it for TWO FULL WEEKS and see if you notice a differnce.. i bet you will feel better..

That's cause exercise releases endorphins (neurotransmitters known to relieve stress & cause feelings of euphoria).

Cmon Judo - why nix the cardio? I'm sedetary ALL FRIGGN day long, 25 minutes before I hit the office cant be that detremental..........I figure with a surplus of cals and a little test/dbol, the weight and strength should increase while cardio keeps the water and fat gain down..........then, when it's time, I cut back on the cals, still keeping the cardio, and strip it off with a little winy/eq stack..........thoughts?
 
there are sooo many more factors though and you wont know unless you try it

your plan you just mentioned would work but at the same time giving yourself extra rest might make you feel a lot better, might make you workouts in the gym more intense and might lead to more muscle growth..

now i cant say enough about the benefits of cardio and all that but at the same time i know what its like to feel run down and to have excess cardio beat you up.. it might not be happening to you but i would say try it for 2 weeks .. thats 6 mixed cardio sessions so maybe if im 100% wrong you would gain 1/2 a lb of fat.. but if im right you will feel better and have a better idea on how much cardio you should be doing..

also doing stuff first thing in the am puts way more of a stress on your body try to eat before hand

I train at night and eat a fairly LARGE meal about 5 mins before i crash.......I'm araid itll be stored as fat if I dont hit the cardio first thing
 
no it should already be stored as fat by the morning and you might just be burning it off.. but you are also going to be burning off muscle as well.. cortisol levels will rise much higher then if you already had a few meals in your system as well..

i dont know what else to suggest really the only other thing i could think of would be to add a lot more cals and most likely in the form of efa's and carbs

how long are you sleeping?

also whats your weight and caloric intake?

you could also try going on a cheat diet for 2days and then after that increase your cals from 3570 to about 4000+

you probably have a really high metabolism and you are very active so you need more cals just to replenish and recover.. growing is going to take even more cals..

it seems like you need to experiment with a few things in the near future and sacrifice some short term gains to figure out what will work best for you in the long run

IM NOT VERY ACTIVE.........thats the whole point.......if I worked on my feet all day, there wouldnt be an issue
 
you are saying you are run down and not feeling good

you have never cut back your cardio

you have never increased your cals

this wont go away you need to change something
 
no, no...maybe I misposted.....I said I don't know what it feels like to be any different, therefore, Ive convinced mself it's normal.......I cut wayyy back on cardio....ive incorporated carbs I never would touch before....I eat a huge meal of fats and protein minutes before crashing...all things I swore against......now, next step is cardio 3x a week....then its one session of HIIT.than it's 2 fat subs from subway and a sheet pizza.......lets roll........
