You should up the dosage at least .25mgs ED to be on the safe side.

There is a difference between .5mgs and 1mg, especially for individuals who are estrogen prone, which is a large portion of the population. Huge is a very subjective term when dealing with AI dosages. Since we are on the internet, we can only generalize based on scientific data and anecdotal information.

There has been a myriad of debate on the arimdiex vs. aromasin issue, and most of it favors both sides, so it's hard to see the line in the sand in terms of comparisons. I suggest use of arimidex, as, from experience, it has proven to be an effective AI with all individuals I've worked with.

as alin said, .25mg EOD is fine. or .5 E3D. In my opinion .5 ED is too much for that low of a test dose. If I took that much, my joints would feel like I was 90 years old. As previously stated, you can always increase the dose.

I'm in my third week of 300mg ew test prop, winny 50mg Ed, proviron 50 ed and primo 300mg ew, I got my hands on armidex 1mg pill and hcg, should I do 1mg Ed or break the pill in half and take .5mg Ed with 500ui hcg ew?
