How much arimidex to take

I'm going to be taking a pretty crazy sust cycle with some other anabolics thrown in. I am a pranoid freak about gyno and I can't stand water bloat. I'm going to be taking arimidex to combat this.

From a search I ran, I found that the typical dose is 1/4 ED. Well the thing is, it says nothing about about actual mg's. Do arimidex only come in one standard dose? The the tabs I'm getting are .25mg each.

1mg ed dont' do any less, you're wasting your time.

Arimidex pills are 1mg. I know this liquid is going around though and I am not sure on the dose. Arims are potent shit. If you read the insert you see it eliminates I think 85% of estrogen in the first hour and most of the rest in the next day. No matter how much test you take if you take 1mg of arimidex a day you will not get gyno and you will not hold much water. When this drug first came around a few years ago people started aking heavy test right up to contests with no water retention. You could get by on 1/4 from what I hear but I always took 1mg.

1/2 mg EOD is working well for me but I really don't hold too much water to begin with and I'm only around 175lbs.

My buddy took 1/4ed during his last cycle.

He loved it.

Dont take 1mg/ed, thats a waste.
