How much arimidex do you use?

the reccomendations are pretty wide as too amount .25ed eod to 4mg ED.

so the question is how much do YOU use???

not looking for reccomdations.. just individual dosages..

4mg is a waste, according to studies anything more than 1mg daily offers virtually no more reduction in estrogen levels. As for the dose I use, .25mg per 250mg/test/wk.

i just got done with sus 250 at 500mg a week and winny at 50mg a day took arimidex at .25 at 4 weeks in my 8 week cycle had little water weight and no signs of gyno shit is great stuff made me hard as a rock too.

listen to Zyg, good advice. Start with .25mg/ED or so and then bump it up if you feel any onset of gyno.

zyg, do you think 1mg/ed while on 1000mg/test/week+50mg/dboll/ed will stop water retension?

going to have to disgree, at least, partially..
1. variance in aromatase production
2. increased T and use of 17aa orals will increase aromatase
3. anecdotal reports with ARIMIDEX(guaranteed potency) have shown that higher dosages may be needed.

though most people will respond to 1mg per day.. with test and 17aa??? probably need more
