how much amiridex should i run with a 500mg/wk of sust?

I would do .25-.5 mgs a day

yep, thats correct. I take half that EOD becasue I am only taking 250 of test e each week. You are good to go.

.5mgs/ED is enough, you can always bump to 1mg if you need to
