No, the time to take it is at night, with your last meal before going to sleep. While you sleep is when you recover.............both your muscles and your nads.
This is how I'm doing it
1st week - 6 caps ED
2nd - 5 caps ED
3rd - 4 caps
4th - 3 caps
5th - 2 cap
These are all taken with my last meal of the day, which usually ends up being around 10 pm.
And that's it................5 week PH cycle, 5 week 6-oxo recovery. That post cycle up there would take 140 caps (about 2 1/2) bottles.
So far (1 1/2 weeks) I've been dropping water weight, and my strength hasn't gone down at all.
