How many you guys ordered Gear to your home internationaly?

Was just wondering how many you guys just said fuck it and ordered gear right to your house from a international source and what could be the consiquences?
 
Dont do it go get a ups store mail box or something just not worth it bro. even if you keep your orders low still not worth it but you wouldnt get in trouble unless they do a controlled delivery. but they wont over a 100 amp package. but a couple 500 or few thousand mabye yess.
 
I have done it more than once, never had any problems, some say its more pricy and not worth it....

I have also always done small orders , i have read the bigger the higher your chahnces of getting it siezed...

I've done it,if they wana get ya they will.I'd just keep your orders in the personal range.
 
I can honestly say ive done it about 5 times with no problems (knock on wood). I would only get enough for my cycle and wouldnt chance anymore, ive had some bro's order some big orders and they got seized. Nothing happened to them personally though.

The worst is they do a controlled delivery. Once you get the package they come and nail you, search your house, arrest you, take you to the police station. Then you wait and hopefully make bail. Then you wait for trial. You'll be lucky the first time and most likely get a suspended sentence. You legal costs will be about $2,000-$5,000 depending on how much work a lawyer like myself charges (I don't do criminal defense work anymore but expect a hefty legal bill).

Once you do get convicted you are a felon and can't vote, or buy firearms.

That is what can happen.
 
I've always ordered gear 2 my house or 2 a friends house and never had a problem. I think it is safer 2 order in the US then 2 have 2 go through customs.

why if they dont do shit to ya if you really order it and it gets seized then what are they going to do to you for posting this ?

Who know's what they can do? So why give them any ammo?

They COULD ID it, let it come through, and pop you on delivery.

I'm just saying - the less said on an open forum the better.

Guys talkin about how they do this and that to get their gear is not wise.

you never know what they will do--it may only be 800 worth of gear, but that is just their ticket to get into your house and look around--if they suspect you of add'l activities or you live in an area where the AUSAtty is bored or has a hard on for gear.

I was thinking the same thing because I have a ups box BUT<<< they have video cams on those fuckers 24/7!!!! Just look at the little red lite and say cheese!
How nice would that be in court???

Man I fuckin HATE this shit and try not to get caught up in the drama but lookin over your shoulder just sucks!!! :worried:

Internation is safer right now IMO. The most likely scenario is you get your gear, next possible is you get a seizure letter, worst case they do a controlled delivery to your house and pop you. Chances of that happening are pretty slim. Domestic is pretty crazy right now, better chance of getting popped and or your source getting popped or has already been.

The UPS store apparently doesn't matter either... go back and read the affidavit's in the other posts... They just get a subpoena...get your DL info from the UPS store.....then sit on the place until you show up...

I wish they didn't require an ID...if you could get a fake one...that would help. but if they sit on the place... I guess it wont matter...
 
Done about ten orders internationally (only way I've ever done it) and I've never had a problem. Given I live in Canada so I'm really not 2 worried about them conducting some sort of "sting" operation on me (never even heard of the idea until it was mentioned in this thread).

Havnt done any really large orders though, but the source I uses ships in small quantities from different locations (even if you order as one) so I think the risk would be minimized.

Friend of mine who orders the same way I do had one of his cut open by customs and examined (believe it was a shipment of BD OT) and they still let it go through (even placed a "examined by customs" sticker on it).
 
First time doing it shipped via Express Mail Service, no package, no letter. Source offered 50% reship to new address.

Call me a paranoid SOB. I don't keep any size on my property, other bros do.

So fuckin zip it, and go PM or Hush, Cyber, Safe.... We COULD be putting each other in danger by discussing it on an open forum.
