a grade school/high school football field??

To me, the local one doesn't look as big as a regular football field........

It should be 120 :Chef: :tuc:

high school should be 100 yards on the dot. Grade school could vary. when i was a little kid we'd play our games on like half the field or less.

Usually like a soccer field (in fact, that's where the measurements originally came from):
100 feet long by 50 wide.

Of course there's also variations up to 115-120.

Ok then.......the school is a combo grade school/high school. And the field doesn't look like a stadium/college field.

I have to do 10 50-yard sprints today, so if I sprint 1 length of the field I only have to do it 5 times instead of 10.....

No if you're supposed to do 10 50yard sprints, that's what you do. :velvett:

Try to do this cool thing we did when I used to play soccer:
run across from one corner to the opposite corner of the field, both ways (think of it is as cutting the field across in an X manner).
Then try doing that again backwards.

It's f'n great for your legs and it's hella awesome for cardio.

there is no set yardage on a golf course, they are all different, the ones on the tour are almost always over 7000 yards, a few are less
7000 yards over 17 holes is 389 yards/hole, wow, that's long for an average

OK so then how long is a hammy rocket

NFL and college fields are slightly wider than some highschool fields. Healthy grass or turf will also look wider than a worn out highschool field.

there is 18 holes on a golf course :nerd:
and the hammy rocket is 2 inches :(
ah typo, you can see I did it right

7000 / 18 = 389
