How Many Weeks for a TEST E cycle

New member
Since test E is a ester that kicks in longer, How many weeks do you guys recommend?
I am in my 3rd cycle right now and in the first two cycles I took Test E for 12 weeks @500mg.

I am currently doing right now
1-?? 500mg of TEST E @500mg EW (I am thinking of doing 14 weeks of it)
1-6 75mg of Tren A EOD
6-12 50mg of Winny ED oral Tabs.

AIFM spray Through out
and clomid 2 1/2 weeks after the last Shot of TEST E
I am trying to get my hands on Clomid because I lose a good amount of my wieght when I'm on Test

Okay I am planning on running Test Ein my next cycle so might as well ask now. For a substance like Test E is 10 weeks to short to reep the full benefits or will it kick in around week 4?

No it doesn't, otherwise there would be no use for HRT. Receptor downregulation is a myth and the idea that your body quits responding is based on narrow thinking. The reason people think this happens is because they eat 3500 cals per day and take 500mg of test per week and grow 20lbs in 6-7 weeks and then the gains slow down in week 8. The problem is that you're now 20lbs heavier and need more cals to grow. The more you push beyond what your genetics are comfortable with the more dialed your program needs to be (rest, diet, intensity in the gym). It's the same as the widely held view that your body gets used to a certain routine and won't grow unless you change it up. That just isn't factual either. And the thought that switching to another brand makes any difference (unless you're talking about switching to a higher quality brand) makes no sense at all.

Were those last 3 lines directed at me? Show me one study that shows proof of receptor downregulation. As I said before, why do people find HRT so effective if a compound loses its effectiveness after 8 weeks? Cycling has always been full of mythical beliefs. For how many years did people believe that you needed to taper up and down? That was a myth that lasted a generation. And change brands? That makes no sense at all. The reason people grow on test is because test is androgenic - staying on it longer than 8 weeks doesn't make it LESS androgenic, does it? Aren't you on week 38? Damn, too bad those compounds quit being effective 30 weeks ago! I'm telling you bro, BB is full of myths. And although tin is ig good shape I wouldn't say his build is anything that would make me think he's a guru of gear. That's not a slam - he looks good. But, he's not quadsweep or galaxy bro

All so true -- great post!

It's amazing the gains someone can make just staying on 400mg per week of Test E year around if diet and training are good...
