My goal is to get there 5 times a week.

I am 95% back size wise to where I was a year ago, just need to lean out more now.
 
Because of school... 3. But now that summers coming I'll be going 4-5. But i'll be running a lot so maybe 7 days...
 
i wonder if this will be skewed cuz of the comp people ignoring it and only those lifting folk will answer.
 
I voted 3. I only workout each bodypart once per week. I do cardio twice per week and I hit the heavy bag which is a hell of a workout in itself.
 
I voted 5 on average.

Some weeks it's 7 days... some it's 4... some it's 2x daily... varies too much.

Right now... haven't lifted since last tuesday :p That'll skew my personal average a lil' bit! :)
 
I can only go 3 times now because of schedule, but when I could I went 5 times, much rather be there 1 hr - 1 hr 15 minutes than 2 hrs - 2.5 hrs each time. Bleh.
 
I try to go 4 days but Im happy with 3 days a week... some times I will take a week off when my body feels it needs it and I come back stronger then ever... My Bench always shoots up one max rep when I take time off........

Since I am in a rest period of my training - all I do is stretch 4-6 times a week.

Almost a month now, my joints are better than ever and little to no size loss.
 
Lift - lucky if I get in there 3

Muay Thai - 3-4

BJJ - 2-3

Conditioning - 1-2

But I am about to start training for a fight in the fall so hopefully my schedule will be:

Monday - lift
Tuesday - lift
Weds. - box / bjj
thursday - lift
friday - box / bjj
sat. - box/bjj MAYBE short lift afterwards
sunday rest.

i almost use your routine; 3x with weights, twice[sometimes 3x with precor] dont use the bag; two previous trainers tried to teach me boxing; they both came to the same conclusion - I'm a lover, not a fighter.....how polite were they!!! [i sucked at it]

5 cardio sessions a week

sometimes more. been a month or so of this crap. before that it was 5-6 times a week weights, and was so for...almost a year
