i almost use your routine; 3x with weights, twice[sometimes 3x with precor] dont use the bag; two previous trainers tried to teach me boxing; they both came to the same conclusion - I'm a lover, not a fighter.....how polite were they!!! [i sucked at it]biteme said:I voted 3. I only workout each bodypart once per week. I do cardio twice per week and I hit the heavy bag which is a hell of a workout in itself.
