Change needles everytime. Things can get infected.

Theoretically you could use re-use a needle but its not worth it and is really risky. Not to mention that everytime you use a needle it would become more dull. Needles are a lot cheaper than a visit to the doctor and then having to explain what happened.

Only time i have reused is when i aspirate and get some blood.

Its happenned once and i just put it it in the other thigh, injected it blood and all - didnt want to waste good gear.

i have reused a syringe once or twice, i know its wrong, but i ran out of syringes and though ahh fuck it - its not as bad as reusing a needle though!!!

I often re-use needles.
Before and after injecting I clean the syringe in bleach and then alcohol by drawing in liquid and emptying a few times, taken from 2 small containers.
Never an infection, and I have injected a lot.
Most of you are paranoid, and it is just as important to clean the skin and wash hands first.

A) theres oils on your skin that carry bacteria so once that needle leaves your injection its contaminated.

B) stryker is right, needles are cheap, go to getpinz.com and get 50 for 10 bucks. your health is more important than saving some change.

C) the needle gets rediculouslly dull after penetrating your skin, so i dont think it would be fun using the same needle over and over.

D)i suggest even using a seperate needle to draw then change the needle for injecting due to the needle dulling from penetrating the rubber. if you have scar tissue like me and dullness is a pain in the ass, littterally.
