how many times a week?

hey guys i'm currently doing just 500 mg a week of omna. should i be taking them at the same time or should i take every couple of days. just wondering if the higher doses will hurt my ass more then taking two smaller doses

most people do monday and thursday...you def. wanna be splitting it up into twice a week to keep your blood levels more stable.

Once a week is fine too. I was doing 750mg of sus a week and injecting all in one day with no difference in results and side effects as when I switched it to 2 times a week.

I would do all 500 on one day. I know alot of people love poppin needles in themselves, but I get tired of doing it and twice a week is a bitch. I see how it could be good spreading it out but I am gonna do all 500 mgs on one day when I start up on my sus. Lata
