How Many Times A Day Does Everybody Work Out?

Your topic says days but your post says per week. Im confused......

Anyway to answer your topic. I work out Mon-Fri. Cardio and Abs in the morning and rotate the other body parts for pm. weight training.
 
I did not grow until I stopped over training....I may do a little more than twitched but not much. It is amazing the gains you will accomplish once you understand that 50 sets will not make you grow.

I found it extremely hard to walk away from the gym......I wanted to always do the extra set. It would sound funny to lazy fucks that don't work out....but it is harder to leave the gym on many days than it was to go there.
 
5 x wk. Muscle groups are hit once per week. 2 off days.
4 days of cardio is about to start in the AM before 1st meal.

while juicing 5x per week (wish i could do 7) When off then 4x. I try to mix cardio mon-thurs in mornings. I just bought a house and am remodeling it, which is keeping my ass busy. Which reminds me I'll be having a kick-ass party soon, anyone in the area is invited. :p
 
i workout 7 days a week on weightraining at 1 hour and 30 min every day

i do sprints 7 days a week 15sets of 100 yard sprints uphill takes me about 40 min, on weekends i do cardio in the am and pm and workout between the two cardio sessions, fat is melting away, no steroids either, ive thought about dnp but i dont think i need it. alot of ncaa players train like this too so im not the only one that trains like a freak.
