I have been hearing lot of different stories on this ..
Would 5 set - 8-10 reps for a muscle group be sufficient enough to burn it out and trigger growth?
Lets say i do chest: 3 set of db press, 2 set of incline press, 3 set of flys be good enough?
For Upper back: 3 set of db rows, 3 set of pull down be good enough?
I heard for back requires more set to trigger growth? Is that true?
