How many scoops of whey protien?

I started a new thing where i have a protien shake before my run then after my weightlifting i was just wondering how many scoops should i have? I am 220lbs 6-4
 
It really depends on how much protein you get from food, try to at least get 1 gram of protein per 1 pound of body weight.
 
Before a standard run, (not HIIT or anythng), I would say 20 gr. is fine. Try to get it about 10 minutes before starting(this will negate any blood sugar thus insulin output) that might occur.

After a run, I would suggest eating your next scheduled meal, make it low glycemic to keep insulin at bay.

After weights, if you "earned" it, you need a protein and simple carb shake guaged according to your energy expenditure and goals.
