I suck at pull ups how can I get better at them. It is the one exercise that I cannot seem to get stronger in. Any suggestions how i can increas the number of pull ups I can do.
I can do about 12 to 15 on my first set off pull ups. I do them wide grip and pull up to the front. I go pretty slow, I do not use my body to provide swing to help on the way up it is all done with the back and arms, no swinging or kipping up or any of that shit. I go all the way and and then all the way down and my arms are fully extended. Should I worry about not being able to do to many or is strict form doing about 10 reps for 4 sets okay.
