HOw many proteins are you taking?

Right now I got 5 lbs on n2bm whey and 5 lb muscle replenisher.

For bars I am loving the BETTER bars.

Might get some casein before bed and a couple scoops of cottage cheese.

At one point I had 20 lbs of proteins on stock. I just make sure I eat more solid food but do a good shake in the AM, preworkout and the replenisher PWO.

Really enjoying standard vanilla whey and the orange muscle replenisher. berry wasn't my cup of tea.

I kind of miss musclemilk strawberry/banana cream mixture. It tasted like a cake batter goodness :)
 
I just have an isolate (Dymatize Elite) that I supplement my diet with. Most of my sources of protein come from foods (chicken, steak, cottage cheese, whole eggs).
 
Chicken, tuna,eggs,fish while trying to cut some bf.
Otherwise would include stake, pork,salmon.
Never take supplemental protein.
 
I use rockroad need2whey, lemon muscle replenisher and a custom mix from protein factory with super plasma hydro100 and Aussie casinate
