How many pounds do you lose, post 10 week cycle?

I am planning out my first cycle. After reading NM's book, I'm in a quandary. Should I do a 10 week cycle of test E/250 per week or do a 4 week cycle to keep more of the gains.

That's why I'm wondering, how many pounds do you gain and lose off of a test cycle.

Another concern is that it's summer time, so I would rather avoid the bloat with test. You guys think I should just do var for 6 weeks/50mg a day for the summer, and then start a test cycle in the winter? Or just man up and do test for the first cycle even though it's summer?

I guess I'm a little confused b/c on the one hand I'm reading that people dont start seeing their gains until at least the 3rd week on Test. So, a 4 wee cycle might not do that much. On the other hand, doing shorter cycles have more keepable gains.

I'll wait to see some answers first, b/c I really have some more questions but Ill try to figure them out after I see what results people have.
 
Run it 10-12 weeks. I never experienced any bloat with test. Drink a gallon of water a day and do cardio 3-4 times a week. Keep your diet clean.

You should post your stats, Height, weight, age, training experience, so you get more reply's.

Also keeping your gains has to do with a proper pct. and diet and training after your cycle.

Continue to research, and make sure you have everything you need for your cycle and pct. before you start. Also make sure you have some AI in case you are sensitive to estrogen and get a case of gyno. At 250mg a week you should'nt experience sides, but everyone is different.
 
i'm 26, 5'9", 175. Been training on and off for 7 yrs. Seems I can never get over his weight without adding fat.

I've been researching for a couple of years now. But Nelson has some interesting views on things that has got me thinking. LOL.
 
It is possible that your body has reached a point where it does not want to add anymore muscle naturaly. I mean there are a bunch of other factors but there is a point with anybody where your body just doen't have enough test to fuel more growth. Yes you can gain more weight but it will be mostly fat. I think that many ppl want to be a lot bigger and heavier/cut than our bodies were meant to be. I'm a couple of inches taller than you and naturally I was 215 ish with some fat and no matter what I've done I could not go passed 220 at a decent bf.
So maybe you have another 10-15 lbs left to gain naturally with some bf and that's about it.
As for the cycle, do about 250-400mg/week of test for 8 weeks to at least gain some size but yet recover as quick as possible. 4 weeks is waste but the recovery is quick though....I personally stick with 8 weeks.
 
You need to realize that getting big requires gaining a little fat.

You cannot cut and bulk at the same time.

250ms of test should not bloat you too much. Use adex if it does. Test actually helps reduce fat. The more muscle you have the easier you will loose fat.

Do the test with the anavar cycle.

1-10 test 250mgs ew
5-10 var 50mgs ed

As long as you do a proper pct you will keepalmost all gains.

I would not do less than 10 weeks unless you use short acting esters like test prop.
