I work about 60 hours a week. Last summer when I was in college I had all the time in the world to eat, workout, etc. It is much harder now because you don't have nearly the time. I usually cook up a bunch of chicken and steak on Sunday and Wednesday nights, some sides to go with it three times a week, that it is much easier in the morning when I pack enough food for the day. And sometimes after working and then going to the gym, I don't get home to eat dinner until 9:30 or 10:00 at night. It is the dedication that keeps you going, you just have to plan better make the gym your commitment.
