How many of you avoid eating fat and carbs in the same meal?

I am already starting to plan my diet for my upcoming cycle this winter.I have been working really hard getting as lean as possible after my last cycle,my goal is to get my waist down to 28''(31'' now)before I start my cycle.I want to put on as much size as possible with minimal fat gain.I was thinking about eating my first 3 meals high protein and carbs and no fat,and the other 3 meals high protein and fat with no carbs.I will probably eat around 17 times my body weight in calories.Does this sound like a good plan?I would like to hear how your results were from avoiding fats and carb in the same meals.
 
BTW,my cycle will look like this;
week 1-2 -1 cc omna ED
week 2-8 -1/2 cc omna ED
week 1-6 - 1/2 cc fina ED
week 1-8 -1mg liquidex ED

Sounds like a thoughtout logical plan. I did a diet close to this once. It consisted of alot of carbs and protein during the AM. Then switched to high fat and low protein in the PM. (keeping the general rule of 1g of pro for 1lbs of weight). I was able to keep my energy levels and workouts intense, yet still create a small caloric deficiet every night during sleep. After a month of eating like this, i lost two lbs of fat, and gained strength. I looked much tighter then pre-diet. I ate +/- maintentence too, i believe it was the combination of the high insulin in the AM and the low insulin in the PM that allowed me to gain strength while losing bf. Its a slow process but you dont get binge cravings, and the results are permanent.

How's this for avoiding fat and carbs in one meal. For breakfast today I had 3 whole eggs, 8 strips of bacon, 2 cups of rice and 2 cheese pizzas. Took my multi-vitamins and extra c and e vitamins. Ahhh yummy. :p

i eat low fat all the time, 17 times your bodyweight is a good starting point, you might have to up that if gains are not coming. i would keep fat intake down to 20% or less

BTW I do try to watch the fat/carb ter I rule. I also try to keep my carbs in the am, and protein/fats in the pm, except if I train in the evening, then I eat some carbs. I try to eat my biggest carbs/protien/fat meal about 1hr after I train.

This is how I pretty much eat all the time when im not dieting. Everything and anything in sight. When im trying to lean out though then everything gets extreme and is on point. As long as im feeding myself though I'll be fine. When I finally go off though I know im going to have to be more strict though if I don't wanna turn into a fat ass and to help me maintain my muscle mass since steroids do increase your metabolism and have a positive nutrient partioning effect.

I here you dogg, I eat like a fuckin' pig sometimes too, but I need to fuckin grow some how he he. But good luck playa!! what are your stats as we speak??

Right now im about 220 at ??bf% at 5'10. Lean enough though that abs show when flexed and I have pretty good vascularity. I definately look bigger and more quality than in my avatar right now. Definately could be alot leaner though but I will wait til next year for that. ;)

looks like mike doesnt need to lose any bf,.......... he looks like a monster
