I am already starting to plan my diet for my upcoming cycle this winter.I have been working really hard getting as lean as possible after my last cycle,my goal is to get my waist down to 28''(31'' now)before I start my cycle.I want to put on as much size as possible with minimal fat gain.I was thinking about eating my first 3 meals high protein and carbs and no fat,and the other 3 meals high protein and fat with no carbs.I will probably eat around 17 times my body weight in calories.Does this sound like a good plan?I would like to hear how your results were from avoiding fats and carb in the same meals.
