i know i should know this ( no wonder i got d"s in math) anyway i just got a bottle of inosito..l 600 mg per 1/4 teaspoon how many tablespoons to get 6-8 grams??

Come on now, D's. I want to know what teacher let you slide with D's. Haha.

1G = 1000mG

I can't believe this question.
dB

2.5 teaspoons per 6 grams
2.9 teaspoons per 7 grams
3.3 teaspoons per 8 grams

6g x 1000mg/1g x 0.25tspoon/600mg = 2.5 tspoon

or better yet use this couse how do f*ck do you mesure 2.5 teaspoons

3 tspoon x 600mg/0.25tspoon x 1g/1000mg = 7.2 grams

just use 3 teaspoons (or 1 tablespoon) to get most acurate dosage!

ps 1 tablespoon = 3 teaspoons

One million:p

By the SI convention we should leave a gap between the quantity and the prefix.. i.e. 600mg is incorrect. It is 600 mg. Also, grams must be denoted by a small g. Likewise milli (a thousandth or 1 x 10^-3) should be denoted by a small m otherwise it could be confused with Mega (one million or 1 x 10^6).

Yawn.

a few more:

micrograms (ug) is a millionth of a gram
milligram is a thousandth of a gram (mg)
gram is a gram!
Kilogram (Kg) is a thousand grams
Megagram (Mg).. cannot have Mega gram, since it is now more correct to say 1000kg or 1 metric ton.

blah blah blah

anteater, hate to bust your bubble, but you can't compare volume measurements and weight measurements, it will vary with the density of the substance, rater it be liquid or a solid. those numbers may be correct for some substance, but in general its a no no

wow you should be a rocket sciencetist not a BBer cause he just gave us the density of the shit specific for the shit (last time I heard density was equal to unit weight per unit volume)

uhh duhh

So If buddy said that hes got a bunch o shit that has a dosage weight of 600 mg per 1/4 teaspoon than we know that the density of active ingrediant is 0.48 g/ml...jack-ass

And if you don't belive me than believe the proof, ohh wait a minute thats grade 10 chemistry, might be too much for you?!!!
