How many I.U.'S

I have a 24m.g. humatrope cartridge that I emptied out into a sterile vial how do I know how many I.U.'s to do on the insulin pin. I know that each m.g. is 3 I.U.s so i have a total of 72 I.U.s and I added 3 ml of diluent to it so if anybody can help me out please reply THANX.

2.1-2.2 iu per 10 insulin units?
