Just as the topic says and in what ways do you think it impacts or effects your bodybuilding progress for the amount you are getting on or off cycle? What would many of you consider enough? 6? 7? 8 hours of sleep? I know my body can get through the day just fine on 6-7 (which is what I get on average), am I depriving myself of better gains by not sleeping more? I have been on abulk these last 2 weeks and even though I am only sleeping 6-7 hours a night my strength continues to increase in the gym, so maybe for some individuals 5-7 is enough. Isnt it the case where the body stops releasing GH after about 4 hours of deep sleep?
