How many grams of carbs cause your insulin to spike?

Just how many grams of carbs are safe to have in a single meal without shooting your insulin through he roof? or rather what is the tiny amount of carbs you can have without causing some insulin response?

Your insulin levels will increase any time you eat any meal, whether it contains carbohydrates or not. Even if you ate a meal strictly of just protein and fat, your insulin levels would still rise. Just not to the same extent that it would with a heavy carb meal.

Rather then the amount of carbs, the most important thing to keep insulin levels stable is the TYPE of carbs you are eating. You want to stick with low GI unprocessed carbohydrates like oatmeal, brown rice, sweet potato etc. Stay away from processed carbs and sugar.

Including a protein source and a fibre source (such as vegetables) to your meal will slow down the digestion speed of the meal and keep insulin levels stable.

Just avoid sugars in your meals and high GI index carbs, then your insulin should not spike that drastically

I take 1-2 caps of n2slin before my carb meals, it will prevent fat storage and cause insulin sensitivity.

the whole insulin thing is so important, many people are blessed because they are already insulin sensitive, others are resistant and will struggle to avoid storing fat from meals

It is impossible to tell just how much insulin is excreeted each time you eat, since not only food with affect that. In the end of the day, there are a lot of factors influencing this, so you can not predict it. The only thing you can do, is avoid complex and processed Carbs, and you will be sure that the insulin levels are kept to the minimum. Also, n2slin will help you lower your insulin.
