How many cops juice?

Do you know how many letters to politicans, special interest groups, etc, that I have written? Most were probably burned before they were opened.

"What I meant to say was a cop cannot go to a gym and ask people if they want to buy juice off of him and expect to go to court with that."

However, if, after he makes an offer to sell juice, you agree to buy juice from him, he probably can go to court with it. It is only considered entrapment if he gets you to do something through "coercing" you to do something that you would not willingly and freely do on your own if the situation presented itself if I understand the law accurately. It is my understanding that it is also actually legal from him to sell you the juice and THEN bust you because you took possession. He is not required to blow his cover at all even if it requires him to "illegally" sell you juice. So I'd be very very careful.

Hulkster I would rethink what you said along the lines that some people cannot protect themselves from themselves much less from others. And I guess you haven't been to many murder scenes caused by hot blood. I was at one last week were someone got beat up so his brother shot the guy in the back. Also it is not illegal to carry a knife in your pocket as long as it does not fall into the category of an enumurated weapon. Some enumurated weapons concerning knives would be stilitos, switch blades and gravity knives. If you want a detailed list look in title 2C chapter 39. It is what you do with the knife that makes the act illegal.

Well, it's obvious you are law enforcement of some kind, possible a troll for them. So I guess you are now going to use all of the technology and information databases at your fingertips to track me down through my ISP to exact revenge against me, or at the least, give a heads up to a law enforcement agency of some kind.
Guess what? I HAVE NOTHING TO HIDE OR FEAR, plus I am allowed my opinion. Or do you cops want us not to have that either, along with no one being able to own a gun accept law enforcement? I think that if more private citizens could/would register for a handgun, it would keep the cops more in check. As the years have gone on, and people overall are carrying less firearms, the cops have become more arrogant and cocky because they know the chances of a civilian owning a gun is low. So they have nothing to fear. But if a cop knows you own a gun, let alone multiple guns, they are lest hesitant to fuck with you---I wonder why? Because deadly weapons give power to their owners. That's why some many fat-assed cops, as well as the little stick-boy cops act so tough. Because those guns give them supreme power over even the most built, strongest, UNARMED person they will come across.

Hulkster I was trying to have an educated discussion with you but at least you made me laugh. My post was done to illicit your opinion as you are not the only person with this train of thought. I don't see were you would get that I did not want you to have an opinion. While I do not agree with you I was interested in your thoughts. On the thought that if you have a gun a cop is "less hesitant to fuck with you." I disagree again with you. Once you involve a firearm into any situation discretion goes out the window because of possible severe outcomes. On your contention that a gun gives an individual power, yes the power or ability to protect themselves is good but with any power comes great responsibility. One must not overlook the great responsibility with the ownership of a weapon. At least we have one thing in common. I am against "fat-assed cops" and "little stick boy cops" acting tough. But then I am against anyone acting tough when it is not called for. Cops are a population of people and like all populations you are going to have some ass holes. There are some cops that I want no contact with. As far as guns giving cops supreme power over anyone is ludicris. Do you really think that if say I was some psycho cop, decided to start beating on someone for no reason, then that person gets the best of me, I then shoot that person. Do you really think I would get away with it. Trust me the people doing the investigating would find the truth. By the way sometimes I do think I am a "troll" to what true law enforcement is about. When the phone rings in the middle of the night, waking me and my wife up, I answer the questions, never giving the slightest hint of being bothered. Post some questions, I will even answer yours.

Oh and Hulkster I know have your Isp. My evil demons will soon be crashing down your door. They will charge you with thoughts against the good of America as we see fit. You will never see the light of day unless you convert into a cop and become a Republican. You must also apologize in the public square for all your evil thoughts.

Just kidding. I wouldn't know what to do with an Isp if you gave it to me much less find it on my own.

While I think you are doing a very good job of answering important questions and improving my opinion of cops, I will return the favor and correct the opinion of the average law enforcement official who thinks people like me are bleeding-heart liberals. WRONG. I am a "conservative leaning", registered member of the Libertarian Party. I despise Bill Clinton and his cronies, think that the ACLU is an extension of the Communist Party of America, and am against all of these laws being created by Democrats and Republican alike that tax the hell out of Americans in order to fund social programs to get the votes of minorities who are continually dependent on government handouts, take away our right to bear arms and use eminent domain to steal our property at dirt-cheap rates, as well as I, and Libertarians as a whole, are against the federal government's hypocritical laws concerning drugs. Why is tobacco and alchohol completely legal, with no restrictions other than age, while AAS---and soon ephedra----are banned? Because it's about the BILLIONS of dollars in tax revenue collected from the sale of tabacco and alcohol products. And yet the government says they BAN "drugs" like AAS because they are bad for the health of Americans, BUT ALCOHOL AND CIGARETTES ARE COMPLETELY LEGAL? It's all about the money. The only difference between a legal drug, and an illegal drug, is whether or not Uncle Sam gets a cut of the action by way of taxation.

We only need cops because law enforcement organizations, officials and COPS have conspired to take away our Constitutional right to bear arms in order to have unchallenged power and authority over our lives. In New Jersey, where I live, you can only own a registered gun if it is kept in your home. You can't conceal it in your clothing while in public(like you can in Florida), nor can you keep one on you if you're driving or walking in an extremely dangerous city late at night. There are no exceptions. Law enforcement has METHODICALLY AND PURPOSELY made the population totally and completely dependent on law enforcement for their own personal protection because so many freedoms of self-defense have been taken away. Shit, not only can't you carry a gun on you in NJ no matter what the circumstance, you can't carry a knife, brass knuckles, etc. for self-defense. Plus, if you get into even a slight physical altercation with another person, all of a sudden, you are arrested for assault. Even in self-defense cases, most cops are pricks and will arrest the other person. Fuck, parents can't even give their little children a spanking without worrying about the police arresting them, or DYFS being called and taking away custody of the kids from the parents. BOTTOM LINE: starting back during the LIBERAL 60's, lazy, fat, stupid Americans gave up a good amount of their freedoms in order to let BIG BROTHER take care of what used to be the private citizen's responsibilities. No we are paying the price.

Common dude, you know that Newark is much safer because of gun control. :D

JH1,Its like female hookers undercover. If an undercover hooker is standing on the corner she cannot approach a car and initiate contact. The driver must inititate the contact.

Not to be a dick, but thats not necessarily true. A female cop could approach the car, but she can't say, "Hey baby, I'll blow you for 50 bucks!" She can initiate the conversation, but cannot solicit for prostitution, the horny dude in the car has to do that.

bottom line .....stay the fuck away from cops....I dont care if its your brother...cousin.....whatever....they have a job to do and for the most they will do it no matter what if the right circumstance arises.
