I must burn around 1200-1300 then because my workouts are at least an hour long. Does that mean 20 mins of lifting with breaks in between or without breaks? Ie: compiled together.
I prefer to be on the conservative side. . I always estimate 300 cals for a 45 ~ 60 min kick-ass session: Lifting heavy, 12 reps min and till failure. 1 min rest between sets.
