While on juice how many calories over maintenance do you think is optimal to gain the most lean mass while keeping fat/bloat under control.
I am interested in calorie surplus while on a bulking cycle with the intention to gain solid lean mass (which is why I've posted it here and not in diet).
(p.s. sorry if this poll has been done before - but I've only ever seen "how many calories do you eat a day" polls which don't really explain how much over maintenance people are consuming)
