How Many Black People are in Positions of Power?

I hate to say this, I really do. But from my experiences and only mine, when black people have obtained positions of power where I have worked, they have abused it. It went straight to their heads and their self importance was inflated and they were and are total assholes and many are racist.

Interesting, I've had exactly the same types of experiences but on the other hand do they really become more arrogant and inflated than anybody else??

Here is power for you...

Black only represent 9-12% of any given poulation in America ... yet they committ 50-86% of all crimes in any given area.

The unfortuante thing is that until they UNFUCK their culture.. they WILL never hold any significant power. Ive met some very intelligent black men... but for every Ive met Ive met a hundred who were complete fucking tools.

The biggest problem with blacks isnt racism or all that other crap... its that they let themselves believe that their plight is the result of anything other than their own choices.

If they would stop letting the media portray them as thugs, drug dealers and slefish scumbag athletes... things might change.

Here is an example... when a white person see a downtrodden black mother on TV the first thing that comes to mind is "typical... poor uneducated... NO father to be seen... doesnt pay child support and is probably in jail. Probably has a bunch of other kids by different women ALL on welfare."

The problem is that RACISM didnt create that situation... BLACK CULTURE did. Because black males somehow find status in impregnating as many women as they can without considering the consequences.

Go ahead and blame whites for it... maybe with enough white guilt that single black mom of four will get more welfare... but the only thing you've accomplished is creating a legacy of poverty... crime... drugs... and people who are EASILY manipulated by the media.

Then you have fucking idiots like Jesse Jackson and AL Sharpton telling you that the single mom of four mentioned above is a result of white racism.

Yes I spend ALL my days begging black males to never wear condems so the black race can stay impoverished.

Just fucking brilliant.

To the rest of the world (including white America) you are what the media portrays you as... you want to sell out as so many of you do.... well it speaks for itself.

It seems most blacks with power are only out to further the cause of blacks, not the whole population. Jackson, Sharpton and the like.

i think overall anyone with "power" is only intrested in themselves getting more power... .so as far as blacks only careing for blacks i dont see this.

I can say that I have learned a lot having lived most of my life in Miami, Tampa, Philly, and Boston, then relocating to Jackson, Ms.
These are generalizations which do not apply to everyone, but to a shoockingly large amount of people, they do hold true.
The black culture here, which represent about 50% of the state (it is the poorest state BTW) Is determined to keep itself poor while blaming the white man.

1- Black women here TRY to get pregnant by the time they are 18, whether or not they are married is inconsequential. The black culture encourages women to have children with or without a father and or a means to support the children. It is the giv'ts job to provide the financial means to raise the kids.

2- Based on point 1, Birth control is pointless to them, no condomns, no pills, aids is highes among the black population of MS then anywhere else in the country

3-Black people here do not believe in community, they believe they are owed something. If a black person steals something froma white person, thats back pay for their great great grand daddy's slave labor. Many people (me included) relatives were not even in the US during the slavery

4- The black population looks to guidance from racists and hate mongers like farakhan, who is a black nazi if it exists. Also jesse jackson, who is friend to anyone who is anti- amreican.

The people who are held in high esteem in the black culture, need to be kept OUT of power except for people like Thomas and powell who are obviuosly hard working. And no I am not a republican.

pharmguy, I think the real issue is education levels and perceived opportunity. You can make alot of those same generalizations in poor white communities as well. In those communities the drug of choice is more likely to be alcohol instead of crack. If people feel there's little they can do to escape their situation they give up. Look at the American Indian reservations.
