How many Mg of milk thistle do I need?

Starting cycle tommorow. and wanna know how many mg of milk thistle I should be taking. The bottle says take 2 capsules 3 times daily. Which makes 6 pills a day right? That seems kinda high.

-Milk thistle extract 175 mg (80% standarized)

-Turmeric, powdered root 365 mg

So what should I be taking? thx

standarized extract is the best...run it like it says . If you're adding dbol run more as needed.
