How long?

Just wondering when or how long it takes for my HPTA to get back to normal levels once I have completed my PCT? I am sure it varies but is there a general time frame ?

If PCT is done correctly it should be around 4 weeks. Go and get blood work a month after pct.

the cookie cutter answer is time on + PCT = time off

but if you stay on for a long time you may cause permanent problems

No way to give an exact answer. You need to wait 4 weeks after PCT before getting blood work though. When you get bloods done that will show you the HPTA numbers (LH, FSH). You still want more time off though for your organs to have a break.

there is no way on earth to possibly answer that... there are so many factors based on that... i can tell you this much, if you actually run a FULL and COMPLETE pct, then you will recover FAR quicker than most that skimp or do not address ALL the areas that need to be addressed..

It depends on so many factors man -
age
genetics
what cycle you ran
what pct you ran
etc etc
