2-3 months depending on frequency of use, your metabolic rate etc. I would look at the lower end of that time period if you are not a frequent user and since the cycle was short.

What if it was the first time trying it - the first 2 weeks was 1 cc (3 x a week) but the last week was 1/2 cc 3 x that week

I'd say two months max - never can tell though because it does depend on your metabolism and other factors. Frequency of use is a large factor and one, three week cycle isn't much so I would expect the lower end of the 2-3 months.
I had a bro in the military smoke weed and he got tested 30 days later and came up hot - it was his first time too. He was a bit overweight and had a slow metabolism though.

Winstrol is a very fast acting AAS w/a relatively short 1/2 life... I would think it would be out of your system within a week, 2 max. Their may still be traces at the time but I month is more the enough time for it to clear your system IMO.
Also, if your are taking an everyday, run-of-the-mill drug test, they MOST probably aren't looking for AAS. Typically, it's too expensive so the screens are only for rec. drugs...
