How long will protein last???

I have a couple of 5 gallon "buckets", They used to contain cake frosting.

No I didn't eat 5 gallons of cake frosting, I got some empty containers from a local bakery, they work really well if you get your protein from "the protein factory"(plastic bags).

Anyway, if the containers are sealed, how long do you think they will last???

standard 3 years

Most companies & manufacturers use a 3 year window on most of their products. Designer says 1 year on all of their proteins. But usually you can smell if a protein has gone bad, it's rancid.
