you should keep your gains as long as your training and diet remain good along with a proper pct. After cycle use some creatine and a test/hgh booster to hold you over until your next run.

health reasons is why the time off, you need to give your bp, liver, heart, cholestrol etc a chance to get back to normal and maintain a normal level before jumping back on.
