How long to up-grade receptors?

After coming off a prescription CNS stimulant such as modafinil or a cycle of clenbuterol, how long will it take to up-grade the receptors for another cycle? Should I take benadryl during this period? If so, how much benadryl per day? Any other suggestions?

So, if I stop taking modafinil, there is no need to take Benadryl to up-grade the receptors for a clenbuterol cycle? I'm thinking that I shouldn't take modafinil and clenbuterol together. Is this a good idea?

I have another question. If modafinil is a selective alpha-1 agonist, is there anything I can take to up-regulate the alpha-1 receptors so that the modafinil does not lose its effectiveness over time?

Also, since clenbuterol is a beta-2 agonist, would it really make a difference if I take modafinil and clenbuterol together, or is this just not a good idea? Also, is there anything besides Benadryl that I could get without a prescription to up-regulate beta-2 receptors? Or, is Benadryl the best option without a prescription? I know that there's Ketotifen, but that requires a prescription.

Another question......which receptors does caffeine down-regulate?

Do you mean adrenergic receptors?

So, T3 is an alpha and beta antagonist?
ya man, i cant spell..sorry
And yes, T3 is an active modulator of receptor site regneration in beta and alpha receptors.
