how long to cruise till you can blast again

hey guys,
how long do you need to cruise for before you blast again

im talking about doing a cycle (and when gains stop because the body adjust to the high aas begin the cruise) but how long do you need to cruise before you can blast again and keep making gains

Depends on the compounds used during the blast ,time on the blast etc ,I try give myself at least 8 weeks usually 12 weeks

No not at the moment but plan on going into trt for life and bridging between cycles

4-6 weeks although I wouldnt do that evey time though , I think 10 weeks is usually the norm...Iv'e decided to stay on as well and I'm on the back end of test/deca/eq cycle and gonna cruise on 200mg test for 4 weeks then jump on a test/tren cycle, although I'm sure i'll get flamed for this lol

ah ok yeh i probably bridge a few times then stay on cruise for several months
