How long should an AI be used?

Hey there all. Is there a recommended time frame that an AI should be used for? And for someone on TRT?

Or is it a case of monitoring your estrogen levels and applying the use of an AI accordingly on an ongoing basis?

yeah it is a case of monitoring ur etro and shbg, and sometimes even if u feel u had the right dose that will keep u stable within time it'll still drop ur numbers even more then u'll have to stop it for a while or decend to a lower maintenance dose , even 3 halves tabs of aromasin lowerd my estro rock bottom and i had to stop it for a while and later on i'll go back again to 2 halves (i'm on 250mg test e)

I experienced the same thing with Letro. Just 2.5mg/ week lowered estro down to 19pg/ml (40-115 is the range) on 250/wk. test e. Letro's too strong to be used for trt purposes but its all I had at the time. The AI's are very powerful.
