how long should a guy wait to gear up again?

I finished a cycle of test enanthate 600mg per week 6 weeks ago. The cycle lasted 8 weeks. When can I start my new cycle of prop 150mg e.od winstrol 50 mg e.d. and equipose 600 mg per week. I want to start asap with little side effects. I am 6"0 185 pounds and 23 years old

Ideally you should wait another 5 weeks. Thats time on = time off, and 3 weeks for PCT.
