So, since its already been 4 weeks since I have been off cycle and PCT is over 2 weeks ago (libido up/feel great again), is it now ok to start a CKD to lose my baby fat?

I need to lose like 30 pounds to get down to the bf % I'm looking for after my last bulk cycle. Is the CKD for me yet or should I just continue to have lo-cals of low gi carbs like I have been doing for the last 4 weeks.

Curently I'm around 250 #'s and 3000 cals a day making sure I'm getting about 300 from protien and usually have oatmeal 3 times a day for my low-gi carbs. I drink flax oil/protien shakes like a baby on the nipple to make sure I keep the cals up. Got a $400 order from PF coming in a couple days and figure I might as well get into ketosis sooner or later.

growing muscle, no; maintaining -yes. You need insulin and carbs to grow muscle and at least above BMR caloric intake, of which none are a part of a CKD 6/1
I read your manuals X over at massmonster and printed all the shit out and have several copies at work and home. I read that using the CKD method I can still gain muscle while cutting fat, hope this is true ... although it would be hard to consume my typical PW shake (dextrose) cause it'll knock me out of ketosis.
you can gain VERY little muscle if any; but you will be able to shed fat while keep the muscle mass, which should be your goal
