How long on b12???

I have been on 1000mcg 3 times per week for about 3 months now and I realy feel like it has helped. I was wondering how long you guys stay on it. I dont want to come off after 6 months and be like fuck now I cant eat.

bump.... I know alot of you bros use b12 it is mentioned all the time!!! Just want to know how long most of you guys stay on it??

I have really been thinking about hitting up the b12 to help with eating on a bulk cycle. At least until the EQ kicks in. Do you know if you can shoot it with anything else? (yeah, I know this is kind of stealing your thread, but close to same topic, right?)

Yeah I shoot mine with test. IF you are mixing a water with an oil I find the best thing to do is draw say 1ml of each, then draw 1/2 cc of air and shake it hard. This way when you inject it goes in at an even pace. But you have to make sure that you inject right after you shake!!

If I were you I would get on b12 asap it has realy changed things around for me and I highly recomend it. Only prob is I am unsure how long I am safe using it.

I take 1000mcg eod. I don't see a reason why you couldn't just keep taking it forever. They say to cycle it because after a while the effects will be less noticeable.

you can buy sublingual B12. I think the company is called NOW and have orange bottle colour. The b12 tabs are convenient and have been giving me a boost when I need it. They are cherry flavoured too! Seriously. I'll post later on the mcg/tab. I think 250mcg, I will double check.

Be sure not to take too much b-12,one of the first signs of a buildup of b-12 is excessive urination. Be safe!
I usually rotate every month between shots then the next month tabs ,back & fourth.
