How long is your workout?

I was just wondering how long everyone works out. I work out at lunch every day. I only lift at lunch no abs or cardio. It takes me 35-45 minutes. I rest 30sec between sets and 1.5min between lifts. This punk little trainer that weighs maybe 150lbs comes up and informs me that my workouts are not long enough. I was in a really bad mood so I laughed at him and told him to fuck off. I usually am not this rude, but it just hit me wrong.

1hr-1hr 15mns

cardio varies, 45mins-1hr 30

abs = 15-20mins

i only do weight 3 times a week with a days gap inbetrween but if needed ill lift 2 days in a row, never 3 though.

just me :)

45 minutes to an hour...depending on bodypart. Sometimes less....

I lift 5-6 days a week, one body part per workout, so usually 45 minutes, sometimes only 30. I do cardio 3-4 times a week for 30 minutes following lifting.

Never longer than an hour and a half

Usually around 45mins. Sometimes a lil more, sometimes a lil less. I don't think a naturally person can train much longer than that without overtraining. Now if you're on, that's another story. I'd probably stay in the gym for 1 1/2 hours if I was on.

Currently, i'm hitting 4 times a week at about an hour and ten minutes including warm ups. I usually am a low volume trainer, but for bodyparts that are lagging or need priority I am currently hitting about 8 to 10 sets. Bodyparts that i feel are doing fine I am still keeping at about 4 to 6 sets and I'm still natural....despite my name.

About an hour on normal days and then 1 1/2 to 2 hours on heavy days when I do a lot of powertraining. Oh how I dread heavy day :( 30 min cardio on days that I don't lift

i like to stay a long time. i enjoy lifting the weights and letting the girls check me out. then they come up to me at clubs and stuff and say how they see me working out all the time. grrrrr

I agree with you Show. I have been natural all my life and if i train for more than an hour a day; i can tell that i am overtraining after about a month. I feel fatigued and my workouts go to shit. I train intensely in a short period of time. I am happy with my results.

45 minutes to 75 minutes, 3 times a week, dpenending on caffine and fat burner intake.

Well, that probably explains my situation. I've been working out 4 or 5 days a week for a year straight with a week off every 3 months or so...for two weeks now I've had absolutely no strength and my bench is actually less than this summer.

... 2 hours each workout, including 45 min to 1 hour of cardio.

It is time to reduce the time and increase the intensity.

What was I thinking! Funny how you have to do even the things you enjoy in moderation.

I'm crazy....
3 times a week....so i pull two groups each workout....so about an 1 1/2 each one.
I just can't seem to get a 6 day split to work for me.

To say the least I'm spent and I work out at home....so when I'm finished i just wipe out.
