How long is a prescripton good for that hasn't been filled ??

Have 3 scripts that i haven't filled out that were written over the summer...didn't need them at the time, but still got scripts when i got a checkup from the doctor..now need to get them filled should be okay ??

No not on the prescription pad written.
Its generally one year but certain controlled substances are six months, some just five days

oh ok, mine must have ben noted because i had three scripts and only got one filled. then i asked the pharmacist how long the two others were good for and she looked at em and said 6months.

thanks mang... i will get them filled this weekend....they were for some muscle relaxers, vics for pain, and a couple asthma meds

Depends on the schedule.. Scehdule III I think are 7 days (shit like ritalin, etc..).
