How long for pain?

I pipped 2 days ago in my quad and I still feel alot of pain. What should I be doing to help the area heal better?

really nothing you can do but put some heat .. time will get rid of the pain

Try a hot epsom salt bath. It'll help elevate the pain

Warm towel over the area can help but really you just wait it out.

It can take over a weak with PIP sometimes. Just give it time.
