how long does prop stay in me?

i stopped my prop only cycle (100mg eod) about a month ago, a little over i think. anyway, how long does it stay in your system? not long right...isn't that why you have to take it eod. just wondering b/c i'm starting to break out on my back, shoulders, and arms here lately. is it b/c of the test?
