how long does it take, for someone.......

I assume you followed the customer sevice link and filled out a ticket?

An eternity. Seriously, your concerns probably won't be resolved. EliteFitness is not known for it's customer service, that's for sure.

Maybe you need to pay for it again? I don't think they took you serious the first time.

AHhhhh Galleries.

Gotta log into them again for some reason once...
Either that or clear your browser cache

Ah, some other people have posted about having this problem as well.

I've had that problem too - I'd go into a gallery, even my own, and click on a pic and it would say that I needed to plat to view the image even though I was plat. I didn't do anything, though, and it resolved itself.

I think the general recommendation is to re-login and clear your cache... Some ppl have done these things though and continue to have the same problem. But, like I said, EF isn't known for it's customer service so I doubt they'll take care of it for you... :/
