How long does it take for Anti-E's to lower Estrogen to the point where you lose the bloat and water from your face, and your face gets thin again?

Depends on :

1 - How much bloat you have.
2 - What you are using that causes the bloat.
3 - Which Anti-E or AI you choose.
4 - What dose of the above you opt for.
5 - Your current BF% level. The higher the level, the longer it takes.

You are going to have to drop the water all together from all over the body, not just your face.

Which one? For bloat generally Aromasin (or even Letro) are better than Adex but their effects will take place reasonably quickly. A matter of days for most.

Again it is not unheard of but will be largely dependant upon the type of AI used, the dose taken and the severity of the bloating.
